These
lists contain the names of persons
who have been convicted of a crime
which, under RCW 19.290.010 through
901, prohibits metal recyclers from
purchasing metal from them for 10
years after the person was
convicted. The Release Date
represents the date when that
person's 10 year restriction
expires. If a persons name is on
either list, it does not represent
that they were convicted of a metal
theft-related crime, only that they
were convicted of crime which, under
under RCW 19.290.010 through 901,
makes it illegal for metal recyclers
to purchase any metal from them. |
